John Lloyd
Lloydie was born to Luisito Llora and Aida Espidol Cruz. He is the youngest in the family.
He is a member of Star Magic Batch 5. He has already won the Famas “Best Actor” award (2005), “Best Supporting Actor” (2010) and has earned the title of “Box Office King”.
In the April 2009 issue of Summit Media's Yes! Magazine, he was hailed as the 3rd Most Powerful Celebrity in The Philippines. In the same year, he was named as one of the 16 "Men Who Matter" in People Asia Magazine. In the 2011 Special Issue of YES! Magazines, he was hailed as the Most Beautiful Star and the first man who landed the position. His movies have consistently raked in money on the box office front, and have become part of the country's highest grossing films.
Lloydie exhibited superb role portrayals in his TV & movie projects, such as: “Tabing Ilog”, “Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay”, “It Might Be You”, “Ikaw Ang Lahat Sa Akin”, “Maging Sino Ka Man”, “One More Chance”, “A Very Special Love,” “You Changed My Life”, “I Love Betty La Fea”, “Miss You Like Crazy”, “My Amnesia Girl”, “Imortal”, “Unofficially Yours”, “The Mistress” and "A Beautiful Affair". For 2013, his movie opposite Sarah Geronimo, “It Takes a Man & a Woman”, is in the pipeline.
